Looks like we're packed

It was a battle, but we've managed to fit most of our stuff into the backpacks.  Attached is the photo proof.

First Monday

It feels odd and scary not having to go to work on a Monday.  I'll have to work through this feeling.

I started a list of things that need fixing, cleaning, or just getting done before we go.  #1 on the list - go visit my newly born nephew Andy.  We saw him last night at the hospital, and today he and his mom are going back home - both are doing great, and the family is super excited!

We're still here

Friday is the last official day of work.  I've started working on creating a blog... Blogger seems to do everything I need it to, at least initially. 

Since we don't have any new pictures yet, here's one from Costa Rica.
